Car rental process

Step 1: Booking process

Online booking - Select pick-up and return time - Select vehicle model - Fill in user information and submit - Booking successful

Step 2: Vehicle pickup process (requires presenting ID card, driver's license, and credit card)

Car Selection - Signing a Car Rental Contract, Vehicle Handover Form, and Vehicle Rental Notice

Step 3: Vehicle Use

Normal use - in case of accidents; Accident handling (call 122 to report to the police first, then call our company's accident rescue hotline) - Accident/repair

Step 4: Vehicle return

Return the car - Inspect the car and sign the "Car Rental Form" - Cost settlement

Qingling Snow Car Rental Company Car Rental Procedures

When picking up the car for the first time, you need to bring the following documents for the store to keep on file.

1. Domestic residents: (implementing the two certificates and one card rental system)

1) My valid ID card

2) I have a valid driver's license

3) Credit card

2. Overseas individuals:

1) I have a valid passport

2) I have a valid driver's license (issued by the vehicle management department of the People's Republic of China)

3) Credit card (supports Visa)

3. Enterprises and institutions:

1) Copy of enterprise business license, enterprise organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (all copies must be stamped with official seal). If the three certificates of the enterprise are combined, only a new business license needs to be provided

2) Operator's ID card and driver's license

3) Private and collective enterprises also require the legal representative's ID card

4) Corporate Authorization Letter
