二、 长租租期特别说明  Special instructions for long lease t

长租租期按照自然月计算。（特殊情况：租期为1个月，且在每年2月时起租，租期按30天计算）。

三、 取送车服务  Vehicle pick-up and delivery service

1、取送车服务地域范围及收费标准： 

（1）北京：北京市五环内（如超过该范围，则由业务负责人与承租人商定）；取送车里程 小于 10 公里时，按 30 元/次计费；取送车里程大于等于 10 公里时，按 4 元/公里计费（仅 按里程计费，起步价/服务费为 0 元）。（取送车里程：自取送车出发位置起算，以高德、 百度或腾讯地图软件的导航里程为准）；

（2）其它城市：根据城市情况，由业务负责人与承租人商定。 

2、服务类型： 

（1）上门维保、年检； 

（2）上门取/送车。 

3、免费取送车的情形 长租承租人，享有每个月一次免费上门取送车权益；

(2) Other cities: According to the city situation, the business leader and lessee shall negotiate.

2. Service type:

(1) On site maintenance and annual inspection;

(2) Door to door pickup/delivery.

3. In the case of free pick-up and delivery of vehicles, long-term tenants are entitled to the right to receive and deliver vehicles at their doorstep once a month for free;

四、 替代车  Alternative vehicles

1、免费替代车：

（1）车辆维保、年检等情形时，可申请为承租人免费提供替代车；

（2）非承租人原因造成的车辆故障，可申请为承租人免费提供替代车；

2、收费替代车：

（1）事故替代：须正常收费；

（2）限行替代：须正常收费；

（3）因承租人原因造成的车辆停驶：须正常收费；

五、 车辆事故  vehicle accident

1、车辆发生事故，如有人伤需要救治，请第一时间拨打120呼叫救护车；

2、在确保现场人员和财产安全的情况下，对事故现场进行拍照、视频留证，并第一时间联系我司，我们将安排专业的事故处理人员电话协助您进行报警、保险报案、车辆救援、车辆维修等事宜；

3、如遇紧急情况或暂无法联系到我司时，请直接拨打122报警，并联系保险公司进行报案。事故发生24小时内应联系我司相关人员告知事故情况；

六、 车辆救援  Vehicle rescue

1、救援服务范围：

（1）北京：北京行政区域内。

（2）其它城市：根据城市情况，由业务负责人与承租人商定。

2、因租赁车辆质量原因导致的车辆故障，我司将提供免费救援。

3、因承租人原因导致的车辆损坏、电瓶缺电、扎胎爆胎、钥匙被锁在车内等情况，我司可提供有偿救援。承租人应承担车辆及配件损坏、拖车费等费用，另需支付救援费200元/次。

4、车辆救援须联系我司，我们将为承租人协调车辆救援事宜。如承租人未告知我司，自行安排救援、维修等事宜，所涉及的费用和责任，由承租人承担。

5、如有紧急情况，可直接联系紧急救援电话，需告知承租人名称、车辆信息及车辆状态。

七、 车辆维修及保养  Vehicle maintenance and upkeep

1、车辆发生故障需维修或日常保养，请先联系我司并告知车辆信息、行驶里程及故障情况。

2、我们将以最优方式安排车辆到指定维修地点进行车辆维修和保养。

八、 车辆配件、证件遗失及补办费用  Vehicle accessories, lost docum

1、车辆配件、证件遗失，承租人须承担相应的补办费用，如造成车辆停运的，承租人还须承担车辆停运期间的误工租金；

2、补办费用标准参考《车辆配件补办费用表》，如补办实际产生的费用高于如下费用标准，则以实际产生的费用为准；

3、补办过程中造成的车辆停运时间参考如下表格，如实际停运天数高于以下停运时间，则以实际停运时间为准；

4、以下表中未提及的车辆配件及证件遗失，承租人应按照实际补办费用和停运周期承担相应费用。

3. The vehicle shutdown time caused during the replacement process is shown in the table below. If the actual shutdown days are higher than the following shutdown times, the actual shutdown time shall prevail;

4. If the vehicle accessories and documents not mentioned in the table below are lost, the lessee shall bear the corresponding costs according to the actual replacement cost and shutdown period

九、 车损费用  Vehicle damage expenses

1、车辆损坏等，承租人应承担相应的维修及清洗费用，并承担车辆停运期间的租金，即误工费。

2、车损标准参考《车损费用表》，如实际产生的费用高于如下标准，则以实际产生的费用为准。

3、车辆维修或清洗过程中造成的车辆停运时间参考如下表格，如实际停运天数高于以下停运时间，则以实际停运时间为准。

4、以下表中未提及的，承租人应按照实际产生的维修费用和停运周期承担相应费用。

《车损费用表》

1. The lessee shall bear the corresponding maintenance and cleaning costs for vehicle damage, and shall also bear the rent during the period of vehicle shutdown, which is the cost of lost work.

十、误工费（误工租金）说明Explanation of Lost Time Expenses (Lo

1、误工费：因承租人原因造成的车辆停运，误工期间的租金即误工费或误工租金；

2、长租误工费计算：在长租租期内出现误工情形，无误工费。超过其租期的，按照，误工费（长租）=月租金/30元*误工天数计收；

3、短租误工费计算：按照报价单中正常短租价（加保险）及误工天数进行计算。

十一、车辆违章及电子停车费处理 Handling of vehicle violations and

1、承租人在租赁期间产生的交通违章处罚（包括扣分及罚款）、停车费（包括电子停车费）、ETC费用等，由承租人自行承担和处理

2、承租人处理违章需持本人身份证、驾驶证、车辆行驶证及有效的汽车租赁合同到交通执法队处理，我司将提供必要的协助。

3、承租人应在接到我司通知之日起15天内将违章及罚款处理完毕。如未按时或拒绝处理的，除应承担违章罚款金额以外，还须承担违约金：200元/分及150元/条。

4、承租人应在接到我司通知之日起15天内缴清电子停车费及滞纳金，如未按时或拒绝处理的，除应承担停车费及滞纳金以外，还须承担违约金：50元/条。

4. The lessee shall pay the electronic parking fee and late fee within 15 days from the date of receipt of our company's notice. If the lessee fails to handle it on time or refuses to do so, in addition to the parking fee and late fee, they shall also bear a penalty of 50 yuan per item.

十二、超时、超里程计算及费用 Overtime and mileage calculation a

1、车辆超时归还，不超过4小时的，承租人须按小时支付超时费（算法见下述）。

（1）长租超时费=[（月租金单价/30）/8]*超时时长。另，超时不足30分钟时，向小取整（即3个半小时，按3个小时计收），超时大于30分钟时，向大取整（即3小时45分钟，按4小时计收）；

（2）短租超时费=[当日报价单日租金（加保险）/8]*超时时长

（3）超时费减免：超时1小时以内，且在公司营业时间以内，免收超时费。

2、超过4小时则按照1天计算车辆租金及保险费。短租按天收取超时费用的标准按照我司当前执行的价格标准收取车辆租金及保险费；长租非法定假日按照月租价格的日租金收取车辆租金，法定假日的按照我司短租节假日价格表收取车辆租金。

3、里程限制的计算按照车辆还车后租期内总行驶里程计算，超出总里程限制的，承租人应按照合同支付超里程费。

4、我司短租车辆不限里程。

(3) Overtime fee reduction: Overtime fees are waived for those who exceed the limit of 1 hour and are within the company's business hours.

2. If it exceeds 4 hours, the vehicle rental and insurance fees will be calculated based on 1 day. The standard for charging overtime fees on a daily basis for short-term rentals is to charge vehicle rental and insurance fees according to the current pricing standards implemented by our company; Long term rental is charged based on the daily rent of the monthly rental price for illegal holidays, while for statutory holidays, the vehicle rent is charged based on our company's short-term rental holiday price list.

3. The calculation of mileage limit shall be based on the total mileage traveled during the rental period after the vehicle is returned. If the total mileage limit is exceeded, the lessee shall pay the excess mileage fee according to the contract.

4. Our short-term rental vehicles have unlimited mileage.

十三、燃油/电费的费用计算 Calculation of fuel/electricity cos

1、车辆归还时油量/电量应保持与车辆交付时油量/电量一致,如不一致的,多退少补;

2、退补油费金额公式:缺少油量比例 * 油箱容积(具体以车型为准)*当前油价(以中石化当日燃油标号对应的油价为标准);

3、退补电费金额公式:充电停车费 20 元+缺少电量(千瓦时,度) *1.8元4、如承租人选择执行“满油/电取还”的,还车时应将油/电加满

十四、安全责任 Safety responsibility

1、承租人应自行承担承租车辆上一切人员的安全及其拥有的或为他人代管的财产及随身携带物品安全。

2、租期内因承租人原因，租赁车辆事故造成的所有责任，保险范围以外的，均由承租人自行承担。

保证金（押金）的收取与退还Collection and refund of security dep

1．承租人向出租人提供的履约担保方式见附件《北京市汽车租赁合同登记表》，担保范围包括：租金、利息、违约金、损害赔偿金、交通违法罚款、交通事故赔偿金、实现债权的费用及合同约定应当由承租人承担的其他损失和费用。

2．选择保证金担保方式的，承租人应当在签订本合同时向出租人交纳保证金。出租人应当在收取保证金时向承租人开具相应单据，并不得将保证金挪作他用，不得在合同正常履行期间将保证金冲抵租金。在合同终止承租人交还租赁车辆时，除扣除担保范围内承租人应当承担的款项及保留交通违法保证金外，出租人应当将剩余保证金一次性无息退还承租人：除扣除交通违法责任范围内应当由承租人承担的款项外，出租人应当在合同约定期限内将剩余交通违法保证金一次性无息退还承租人。保证金不足以支付应当由承租人承担的款项，或保证金退还后发现存在其他未处理的交通违法行为或其他需要承担赔偿责任的情形，出租人仍有权要求承租人承担相应责任。

3．选择银行卡预授权担保方式的，承租人应当在签订本合同时向出租人提供合同约定额度的银行卡预授权担保。在合同终止承租人交还租赁车辆时，除扣除担保范围内承租人应当承担的款项外，出租人应当撤销剩余预授权冻结额度，承租人应当同时提供合同约定额度的银行卡预授权作为交通违法行为的担保；承租人交还租赁车辆后，除扣除交通违法责任范围内承租人应当承担的款项外，出租人应当在合同约定期限内撤销剩余预授权冻结额度。预授权冻结额度不足以支付应当由承租人承担的款项，或撤销预授权冻结额度后发现存在其他未处理的交通违法行为或其他需要承担赔偿责任的情形，出租人仍有权要求承租人承担相应责任。

4．选择保证人担保方式的，保证人应当按照出租人要求办理担保手续，并在担保范围内为承租人承担连带责任保证担保责任。

保证金（押金）的退还

自承租人还车之日起30内退还。

When the lessee returns the leased vehicle upon termination of the contract, in addition to deducting the amount that the lessee should bear within the scope of the guarantee and retaining the traffic violation deposit, the lessor shall refund the remaining deposit to the lessee in a lump sum without interest. If the deposit is insufficient to pay the amount that should be borne by the lessee, or if other unresolved traffic violations or other situations requiring compensation liability are discovered after the deposit is returned, the lessor still has the right to demand that the lessee bear corresponding responsibilities.

3. If choosing the bank card pre authorization guarantee method, the lessee shall provide the lessor with the bank card pre authorization guarantee of the agreed amount at the time of signing this contract. 4. If choosing the guarantor guarantee method, the guarantor shall handle the guarantee procedures as required by the lessor and assume joint and several liability guarantee responsibility for the lessee within the scope of the guarantee.

一、承租车辆时，承租人为自然人的，应提交本人合法有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，为他人租赁车辆的还应如实提交实际驾驶人身份证件；承租人为企业法人或其他组织的，应当提交企业法人营业执照或其他有效登记证件、授权委托书、经办人身份证件及拟定驾驶人有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，驾驶人变更的应向本公司及时更新实际驾驶人有效身份证件。 

二、本公司向您提供的车辆（牌照号：          ），行驶牌证齐全有效，技术状况良好，已在交通运输管理部门备案登记，已向保险公司投保机动车交通事故强制保险、          险   和          险，保险公司客服电话          。

二、安全驾驶告知

为了您和他人的交通安全，创建首都和谐交通秩序环境，维护首都文明城市形象，承租人应按照合同约定的用途、车辆性能和操作规程使用租赁车辆，承租人应严格遵守交通法律法规，自觉规范交通行为：

一、取车前应熟悉租赁车辆的功能和性能，出车前做好车辆安全状况检查，了解熟悉车辆性能、特点，确保车辆制动、转向、电路、轮胎、燃料、车容车况完好，警告标志、灭火器具等安全装置齐全有效，驾驶证、行驶证齐备。

二、文明驾驶、安全驾驶，服从交通警察指挥，遵守交通标志、标线，遇斑马线时应礼让行人；提前了解禁限行路段及时绕行，遵守道路限行、尾号限行规定；不开“斗气车”；严禁驾车时使用手持电话。遇突发情况请及时拨打110报警。

三、车辆驾驶过程中，应确保司乘人员系好安全带、保持与其他车辆的安全行驶距离、时刻观察路面情况；停车时检查车门、车窗落锁关闭情况，不在车内存放贵重物品；严禁疲劳驾驶，连续驾驶机动车4小时应停车休息至少20分钟。

四、保持适当行车安全距离。当机动车时速超过100公里时，与同车道前车距离保持在100米以上，尤其要与大型客、货车辆保持适当的安全距离，以防前车紧急制动时发生追尾碰撞。

五、恶劣天气谨慎驾驶。在恶劣天气情况下做好安全评估，遇雾、雨、雪、沙尘、冰雹等低能见度气象条件时，要开启雾灯、近光灯、示廓灯和危险报警闪光灯，并保持适当车速行驶。通过涉水路段时要谨慎驾驶、注意避让。

六、切莫酒后驾车。酒后驾车是严重违法行为，极易发生交通事故，属于保险拒赔范围。当您饮酒后要驾驶时，谨记您的家人正在时刻盼您平安归来，您的平安就是家庭的幸福。
